A former school teacher, Lai Kheng Pousson served as the Special Assistant of LoveSingapore for the past 30 years. She stepped down from that role in January 2024 to make room for a younger team. Lai Kheng is married to Ed Pousson, a speaker/teacher and writer. They both worship at Barker Road Methodist Church.
