A brush with death and the loss of a mentor-friend at the end of 2023 starkly reminded David Kwan that life was short.

That spurred his decision to quit a promising career earlier this year, along with its financial security, to heed God’s call to missions.

While David and his wife, Elaine, wait for God to reveal their mission field, the family will be going for prayer and worship training in Cambodia and New Zealand by Youth With A Mission (YWAM) from August until year-end.
