“(N)o man is an island, right? And church is about having that community. So that was why I felt that I have to continue (in the Connect Group) in order to have that spiritual discipline in me…I believe I am guided by His Word. He knows my concern, right, and He surrounds me with people that would give me verses, you know, that I feel are really relevant for that season. So that’s also a big jump in my relationship with the Lord.”

Connect Group (CG) provides Geraldine with the spiritual support she needs to know God and trust Him more, and to continue to walk daily with Him. She’s in the same group as Choo Tuck Wai. Their group started as an Experience Group in Connect Experience 2023 (CE’23) made up by people who weren’t part of a CG at that time or hadn’t been attending one for some time.

Tuck Wai, who stepped up to lead the group after CE’23, also shares that CG has helped him grow spiritually since.

Their group meets on Monday evenings at church every other week.
